Erasmus +K171

Under the Erasmus+ K171 agreement of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk, students can apply for mobility in the 2024/25 academic year (winter semester from September 16, 2024, to March 10, 2025) at Western Sydney University. Due to partner limitations and the subjects offered at WSU, this project is focused on a semester-long exchange for 2nd-year master’s students in English-taught programs.


According to the project requirements, applying students should meet the following criteria:

• Hold an English language proficiency certificate at a minimum level of B2 (0-1 point)
• Demonstrate additional activities for the benefit of the Faculty of Economics at UG in the 2023/24 academic year (points awarded for engagement in activities such as participation in a scientific club, open days, work on scientific projects carried out at the Faculty of Economics, UG, etc.) (0-4 points)
• Submit a brief description of the proposed research to be conducted under the supervision of an advisor at WSU (max. 1200 characters, including spaces) (0-5 points)
• Submit a statement acknowledging that the scholarship amount will not fully cover living expenses and confirming their ability to cover these costs individually.*

The Recruitment Committee will select the student based on the above criteria. In the case of a tie, an additional interview will be conducted, and supplementary criteria will be applied.

*The scholarship amounts to 700 euros per month for 5 months.
The cost of a dormitory is approximately 200 euros per week (800 euros per month).
Average living expenses per month: approximately 700 euros.
